The Tricolate is an Australian-made brewer, rapidly gaining accolades from coffee folks around the world.
Made from Tritan plastic, the brewer features a wide and flat brewing bed, combined with a shower-like dispersion screen, ensuring great thermal retention and an incredibly even and efficient extraction.

The geometry of the brew bed combined with the rainfall-like way the water hits the grinds means that there's almost no bypassing of the coffee happening. This allows for fuller extractions, and a sweeter, more expressive result in the cup.
In our experience, no brewer does a better job of replicating the coffee quality we find in the cupping bowl, in a wonderfully easy-to-use format.
