Home to our roastery since December 2023, and now to our newest coffee shop, this is the perfect destination for coffee lovers to both enjoy our drinks and get close to the roasting action.

Here, we serve a menu of classic espresso and filter coffee drinks, through to more modern coffee creations, complemented by a range of pastries from Austro Bakery.

Our retail shelves are stocked with coffee beans for home — all roasted on site — and our barista team is on hand to help with any coffee questions you have.

Opened in September 2023, this literal laneway hole-in-the-wall in the heart of Melbourne was our first coffee shop location.

Situated at the Flinders Street end of the resurgent Degraves Street, we offer a quick service menu of espresso and filter coffee drinks for city workers and visitors alike.

We also sell coffee beans for home, a range of coffee brewing gear, and a small selection of sweet and savoury pastries.
