Maraschino cherry and mulberry with a dried peach sweetness.

House Filter is our evolving and seasonal mainstay for filter brewing — pour over, AeroPress, plunger, or batch brewer.
Straightforward in approach, while always clean and balanced. The coffees that go into House Filter changes with the seasons, but the result is consistently satisfying.
Making up 85% of the current blend is Balboa — a community selection from Cauca, Colombia produced by a collection of smallholder farmers. This mixed variety lot brings the underlying sweetness with notes of light toffee and fresh, ripe cherries.
Comprising the balancing 15% is Gitesi — a perennial favourite of ours produced by Aime Gahizi in western Rwanda. Gitesi is a densely-concentrated red bourbon variety coffee, bringing notes of vanilla and dried persimmon to a sweet and balanced blend.
As ever, we’ve chosen two coffees that work together harmoniously, each bringing something special while combining to make a blend that’s greater than the sum of its parts.
