With plans to increase our roasting capacity this year, we’re in need of another pair of hands to keep our team and machines running smoothly. As a member of the roastery team, you’ll need to be great with customer service, admin and of course, coffee.
Whether it’s assisting members with their batches and quality control sessions or roasting coffee for Bureaux, you’ll be working from our Abbotsford warehouse to ensure members are supported, orders are going out, deliveries are accepted and our roasting schedule is rolling along seamlessly.
You’ll spend your time setting up and packing down, handling dispatch, deliveries, stock and storage, and the general cleaning and maintenance of Bureaux’s roasting facilities. Managing relationships with members will be one of your top priorities, covering everything from scheduling, admin, quality control and workshops, to onboarding new members.
